Before you begin

The following technical document explains how to solve the error "No map file found for this station" when importing IAG configuration from Backup

These are the errors you will see:

Important to know!

The following problem occur when you try to import IAG configuration

The cause to the following error is that you didn't imported the original IAG keys from the old IAG machine to the new IAG machine

To be able to import configuration from IAG machine to other IAG machine you must import the encryption keys from the original machine with ExportKeys.exe and ImportKeys.exe

Note!Please don't leave the encryption keys on the IAG machine!

Configuration Procedures

Phase 1: Use ExportKeys.exe to export the encryption keys from the original IAG machine

  1. Open cmd.exe on the IAG machine
  2. Press "exportkeys c:\keys"

    Note!you can choose any path or file name

  3. Press Enter
  4. Enter the passphrase
  5. Press Enter
  6. You finish exporting the encryption keys

    Note!Please don't leave the encryption keys on the IAG machine!

Phase 2: Use ImportKeys.exe to import the encryption keys to the new IAG machine

  1. Copy the encryption keys to the new IAG machine
  2. Open cmd.exe on the IAG machine
  3. Press "ImportKeys c:\keys" and follow the instruction
